Currently advising the largest indoor padel club in York, installing their first two courts and designing their full padel club operating programme. Previously trained several of the top players in the UK and advised one of the leading sports chains in London on their padel club management and operations.
Directed and advised padel clubs and academies across the country. Implemented the Sistema V coaching methodology and padel club management model across multiple facilities, improving player retention and revenue per court.
Built the national padel coaching programme and certified over 100 coaches across the country using our three-level Coach Certification & Training programme. Led the national team to 3rd place in their first international padel competition.
